Study: Hevea brasiliensis Transcriptome or Gene expression
show Abstracthide Abstract
Hevea brasiliensis Transcriptome in response to biotic stress. Young emerging leaves of RRII 105, a susceptible rubber clone to Corynespora leaf disease, were used for the RNA-Seq experiment involving time lapse study for gene expression in response to Corynespora infection. Agar plugs without Corynespora mycelium was placed on the abaxial surface of RRII 105 and covered with a polybag to maintain humidity in field condition. Leaf samples were collected immediately and processed for RNA isolation.
